Body peels in Gangnam, Seoul
Doctor-selected chemical peels that smooth rough, bumpy or dull skin on the back, chest, arms and legs — and help clear body acne and uneven tone with only light flaking.
What is a body peel?
A body peel is a medical exfoliating treatment in which a doctor applies an acid solution — such as salicylic, glycolic or lactic acid — to areas like the back, chest, arms or legs to dissolve dead skin, unclog pores and speed cell turnover, improving body acne, rough bumps, dullness and uneven tone. Body skin is thicker than facial skin, so formulas and contact time are adjusted for each area.
Most people need a series of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Skin often feels smoother within a week of the first peel.

Body peels questions we hear most
Can’t find your answer? Message our English-speaking team on WhatsApp.
Do body peels help back acne?
Yes. Salicylic-acid peels unclog pores and reduce oil on the back and chest, and a series of sessions usually reduces breakouts and post-acne marks. Persistent acne may also need medical treatment.
How many body peels will I need?
Most people need 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart for texture and tone. You will notice smoother skin after the first session.
Is there downtime?
Expect mild redness and light flaking for a few days. You can shower and work normally, but avoid scrubbing, saunas and strong sun.
Can a body peel lighten dark elbows or underarms?
Peels can gradually soften and brighten thickened, darker skin. For underarms see underarm whitening, which may combine peels with laser.
Who should avoid body peels?
People with sunburn, active eczema or infection in the area, and those who recently used isotretinoin should wait. Some acids are avoided during pregnancy.
