Nasolabial fold filler in Gangnam, Seoul
Hyaluronic acid filler that softens the lines running from nose to mouth, restoring smooth support to the mid-face without making it look heavy — with real results from MIN Clinic.
What is nasolabial fold filler?
Nasolabial fold filler is an injection of hyaluronic acid into and around the folds that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. It restores lost volume and support, softening these “smile lines” so the face looks fresher and less tired, with results visible immediately. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.
Deep folds are often caused by mid-face volume loss and sagging rather than the fold itself, so the doctor may also support the cheek or suggest a lifting treatment for a more natural result.

How we approach smile lines
Treating the cause gives a softer, more natural result than simply filling the line.
Fold base
Supports the deep groove beside the nose.
Along the fold
Softens the visible line.
Mid-cheek support
Restores volume that lets the fold deepen.
Mouth corners
Blends into marionette areas if needed.
A good fit if you…
- have visible smile lines at rest
- notice a tired or older look around the mouth
- want quick improvement with minimal downtime
- have mild to moderate mid-face volume loss
Consider alternatives if you…
- have significant sagging — consider thread lift or Ultherapy
- want a dramatic change from filler alone
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- have active skin infection or cold sores near the area

Nasolabial filler questions we hear most
Can’t find your answer? Message our English-speaking team on WhatsApp.
How long does nasolabial filler last?
Usually around 6–12 months, since the area moves with talking and smiling. It depends on product and metabolism.
Does it look natural?
When the cause (often mid-face volume loss) is addressed and small amounts are used, results look natural. Overfilling the fold itself can look heavy, which we avoid.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream and lidocaine-containing filler keep most patients comfortable; you may feel pressure.
What are the side effects?
Swelling, redness and bruising are common and short-lived. Rare risks include lumps and vascular complications; HA filler can be dissolved if needed.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Yes. It is often paired with cheek filler or lifting for a balanced mid-face.
