miraDry Fresh is a non-surgical underarm treatment that uses controlled microwave energy to heat and permanently eliminate sweat (eccrine) and odour (apocrine) glands while the skin surface is cooled. It is designed to reduce underarm sweating, odour and often hair in a single session with minimal downtime. Because eliminated glands do not regenerate, results are long-lasting.

At MIN Clinic, each miraDry Fresh session is customised to your sweat level and skin. After the standard pass, an additional pass (double shot) can be applied to enhance the result — this is included in the price.

What is the difference between miraDry and miraDry Fresh?

Both use the same microwave principle on underarm glands. miraDry Fresh refers to the updated protocol and settings used today; your doctor will explain what is applied in your session.

Is one session enough?

Most patients notice a clear reduction after one session. An extra pass can be added during the same visit, and some people choose a second session later for further reduction.

Does miraDry Fresh hurt?

Local anaesthetic is used, so most people feel pressure and warmth rather than pain. Tenderness and swelling afterwards usually settle in a few days.
