Dermal fillers in Gangnam, Seoul
Hyaluronic acid fillers placed for facial balance — restoring volume, refining profile and smoothing folds with a natural, never-overfilled Korean approach.
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable gels, most commonly cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA), placed under the skin to restore lost volume, enhance features such as the lips, chin and cheeks, and soften folds. Results are visible immediately, settle over 1–2 weeks and usually last 6–18 months depending on product and area. HA fillers can be reversed with hyaluronidase if needed.
At MIN Clinic, filler planning starts with facial proportions rather than single lines, so that a small amount in the right place gives a natural result.

How long do fillers last?
Most HA fillers last 6–18 months. Lips tend to absorb faster; chin and cheek filler usually lasts longer.
Do fillers hurt?
Numbing cream and lidocaine in most fillers keep it comfortable; most people feel pressure and brief pinches.
What are the risks of filler?
Swelling and bruising are common. Rare but serious risks include infection and vascular occlusion, which is why anatomy knowledge, cannulas where appropriate and hyaluronidase on hand matter.
Can fillers be reversed?
Yes, HA fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you are unhappy or have a complication.
Can I fly after filler?
Yes, flying the next day is generally fine. Plan filler early in your stay so we can review the result before you leave.
