Sculptra in Gangnam, Seoul
A poly-L-lactic acid injectable that restores lost volume slowly by rebuilding your own collagen — for a result that looks rested rather than filled.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Instead of filling space immediately like hyaluronic acid filler, it stimulates collagen production over weeks to months, gradually restoring volume in hollow temples, flat cheeks and areas of facial deflation. Results can last two years or more. Most patients need 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Because the change is slow, Sculptra suits people who want a natural, progressive improvement. Massage after treatment helps the product spread evenly.

Sculptra questions we hear most
Can’t find your answer? Message our English-speaking team on WhatsApp.
How long does Sculptra last?
Results can last two years or more after a full course, because the volume comes from your own new collagen.
When will I see results from Sculptra?
Initial fullness after injection is mostly fluid and fades in days. The real result appears gradually over 2–3 months as collagen builds.
Can Sculptra be dissolved?
No. Unlike HA fillers, PLLA cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase, which is why conservative dosing and an experienced injector matter. HA fillers can be reversed with filler dissolving injections.
What are the risks?
Bruising and swelling are common. The main specific risk is nodules or lumps, reduced by correct dilution, depth and the 5-5-5 massage routine.
Is Sculptra the same as Juvelook?
Both are collagen stimulators, but Sculptra (PLLA) is placed deeper to rebuild volume, while Juvelook(PDLLA) targets skin quality, pores and fine scars.
