Laser removal treatments in Gangnam, Seoul
Moles, skin tags, birthmarks, sun spots and unwanted hair — each examined by a physician first, then removed with the laser and settings that suit the lesion and your skin.
What can be removed with a laser?
Laser removal treats benign skin lesions and unwanted hair using energy matched to the target: ablative CO2 or radiofrequency for raised moles and skin tags, pigment lasers such as pico or Q-switched for spots and pigmented birthmarks, and hair-removal lasers for follicles. A doctor first confirms the lesion is benign. Any mole that looks irregular or has changed is assessed before treatment, and may need excision and pathology instead.
Most removals are quick outpatient procedures with numbing cream and a short healing phase of a few days to two weeks. Hair and pigment removal usually need a series of sessions.

Laser removal questions we hear most
Can’t find your answer? Message our English-speaking team on WhatsApp.
Is laser mole removal safe?
Yes for benign moles that a doctor has examined. Moles with irregular borders, multiple colours or recent change should be assessed and may need excision with pathology rather than laser.
Will laser removal leave a scar?
Small, shallow lesions usually heal flat with little mark. A temporary pink or darker patch is common and fades over weeks with sunscreen; deeper lesions carry more scar risk.
How many sessions do I need?
Skin tags and most small moles need one session. Pigmented birthmarks, sun spots and hair usually need a series — see laser hair removal and birthmark removal.
Can I have several lesions removed in one visit?
Yes. Multiple moles or tags are often treated together in one appointment, which suits international patients with limited time.
What is the aftercare?
Keep the area clean, apply the prescribed ointment and a protective patch if given, avoid picking scabs, and use sunscreen for several weeks to prevent post-inflammatory pigmentation.
